Our 3rd time going, took my youngest for her birthday and it did not disappoint. Had a blast. Prices are a little steep but it's a good time.

The staff was so RUDE! We were there for a school field trip and came to fill the food bags early before buses arrived. A man welcomed us inside the building and gave us the food. What appeared to be the manager rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, and did a really hateful hand movement signaling a parent over because “they weren’t open yet and we didn’t need to be there” but their employee let us in. We bought extra food, $50/bag, and that was an issue too. Not to mention, the amount of money this business made today off of us! Not a single employee was welcoming or kind, even walking past them they seemed miserable! The animals were fun to see but the atmosphere was not!
