in the last weekUnreliable and poor communicator. He was supposed to start work last week. He did not and did not communicate with me about why he did not start. I had to reach out to him. I talked to him on Friday, and he told me he would start on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, and he still has not started. He AGAIN lied and told me he contacted me on Saturday to tell me he would start work on Wednesday. I texted him the call log to prove to him that he never contacted me on Saturday. Everything this guy told me was a lie. I won't be using him, and I would advise others to not do so either. This person cannot be relied upon. EDIT: look at this person's response -- "We are sorry the customer feels this way." Look at all of the other negative reviews on here and Yelp -- then ask yourself if you really want to do business with a character like this.

in the last weekMy son called me because some other company thought we needed um. They wanted $3,000 for a sewer line clean out. I called Drain Brain and got them over to his house and they only charged me $325.00 and did an excellent job. They really are an honest company who cares about the customer's they are working for. I highly recommend them.

2 months agoGeoff and his amazing crew have repaired and replaced numerous sewer lines for my clients & myself on many real estate deals. They are top of the line in what they do. They are professional, courteous, punctual and they get the job done! I can’t recommend them enough.

3 months agoWork was completed as promised and the crew who showed up was great! The ability to pay at closing was appreciated but the admin side of the business is lacking. We requested to be kept in the loop regarding permit and work commencement and were not. We were told we would get a final invoice with the two year warranty going to the new buyer, we have yet to receive.
