1 month agoDon Quijote Hiroshima Hatchobori is such a fun place to shop! It’s packed with all kinds of items — from snacks and cosmetics to electronics and souvenirs. The store layout can feel a bit crowded, but that’s part of the Donki charm. Prices are reasonable, and you can often find great deals on popular Japanese products. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient, right in the city center. It’s definitely worth a visit if you enjoy exploring unique stores full of surprises!

2 months agoDon Quijote Hiroshima Hacchobori is chaotic in design — narrow aisles and a bit of a maze to navigate. Some of the down escalators were broken during our visit, which made getting around more difficult. While it has the usual variety of quirky and interesting items, prices felt higher than expected compared to other Don Quijote stores.

6 years agoCrazy multi-level discount department store that stocks everything you can imagine (and quite a lot you can't) open almost until dawn in the center of Hiroshima city. It's a good place to pick up Hiroshima Carp souvenirs and fan goods as well as big bags of Japanese snacks, including Kit Kats with interesting flavors. It can be fun place to take kids, but be on the look out of the adult "toy" section and be aware that the joke and costume section may stock some less than appropriate stuff.

8 years agoHuge discount store with a wide product range. The prices for drinks and food are very low compared to stores like 7 eleven, Lawson or Family Mart.

4 years agoThis place is so weird, but it would be wrong to give it anything less than a five-star review. From camping gear, to Rolex watches, to lingerie for both genders, this place has everything. If Walmart, 2nd Street, MaxValue, and Spencer’s had a baby, and that baby was raised in Japan, you’d get Don Quixote. There are at least five floors at this establishment, so good luck keeping track of your family. Just establish a rendezvous point and meet them when you’re done - there’s no way to keep track of people in here. Good luck, and have fun!
