a week agoHOTWORX has been a great addition to my fitness journey. The workouts are legit and will get you sweating. For the first time in my life I can do pull-up! and that's only after 2 months of HOTWORX workouts. If you put in the work and cross-train using the HOTWORX training model you will see results. Neil and the other staff members are awesome! They give great recommendations to advance your practice ,and they generally create a very welcoming and open environment. They keep the facility extremely clean. Everything is in working condition. If you wanna try something new or switch up your fitness journey, I would highly recommend HOTWORX BELMONT/SAN MATEO!

3 weeks agoI've been going to HOTWORX Belmont for a while now and honestly it's become part of my routine. The infrared heat combined with the workouts is no joke more energy, less soreness, and I can actually see the difference. The studio is always clean and well kept. And the staff? Amanda and Neil are the best. Neil is always super helpful and Amanda... she never fails to make me laugh. Makes the whole experience so much better. If you're on the fence, just try it. You won't regret it!
