They break down techniques clearly, provide personalized feedback, and create a safe space for learning. The students are friendly and everyone is dedicated to help each other grow. The instructors are well seasoned and they have lots to offer. You really feel that this is a special community and there are no egos, just support for one another to be better each day.

The coaches are passioned about sharing their love for the martial arts, fostering a warm, inclusive environment, making every student feel valued and motivated. Many parents get involved into coaching as well, adding a unique family-like atmosphere. The gym excels not only in martial arts training but also in building a supportive community spirit, especially evident during competitions. 2 years agoI love this place! I tried to start training Capoeira in many places, and when I found this academy I finally did the step to become a Capoeirista. The teachers are very knowledgeable and conscious about body movement. Here I feel safe training. They teach you how to take care of your body while training Capoeira. Music classes are awesome too; not many places take the time to teach capoeira music fundamentals to beginners, and they do it. Itaborá is also a very special Mestre. He teaches you how to connect with your capoeira and others thru love and respect. I encourage everyone to want to start this wonderful art to start here.
