When people go out to eat, they are expecting a near perfect dining experience. A perfect experience scores you 5 stars. Here are a few suggestions on how you can make the guest experience so much better: - Automatically provide free tap water for your guests. Nearly all restaurants do this. - A spoon and a napkin per guest is better than nothing, but a guest would have a better experience if they also got a fork, a knife, a side plate, and a few extra napkins. - Salt and pepper should be available on each table. - Use the time that you are closed between lunch and dinner to get some cleaning done. Don't forget the ceiling vents, the dust fluff on the box lamp shades and ledges. If the dining room is not pristine, i can only imagine what the kitchen is like. - The fried food tasted greasy which usually indicates old fryer oil. - The kitchen manager should inform the kitchen staff to remove wrist bangles to prevent cross food contamination. If the cooks have their food handlers certificate, they will know that wearing bangles is a violation of code. Bangles, string and other forms of jewelry harbour dirt and bacteria often at levels exceeding those found on an average household toilet seat. - A simple smile and a "How are you doing today", would go a long way. Starting with, " Are you ready to order" is not a good first impression. We had the feeling that the dining room staff just didn't enjoy being there. Those are just a few tips to help your guests feel wanted. Hopefully you can make some improvements. On the positive side, the food was at least average in taste and flavour. Good luck.

The lakhnavi parantha was delicious. We had a great experience, especially our server Lavi was really soft spoken, gave great suggestions. Overall, we were really happy with Lavi’s service.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The parathas were absolutely amazing;perfectly crispy, flavorful, and made fresh. Easily some of the best I’ve had! A special shout-out to our server Lavi, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Great service really made the experience even better.

Food is really nice. Cooked Well! Service was absolutely awful, server with the red polo shirt on acts like she’s doing ne a favour by taking my order. Didn’t even check once if we needed anything else/ asked how the food was. She definitely needs a course on basic customer service.
