Good preserve but hard to get parking unless you come around 7AM. I had to sneakily park in the nearby neighborhood. Edit: adjusted the stars to 5/5 because this place is so beautiful and well kept, that any amount of parking problems is worth dealing with. During the spring the nature and flowers are just breath taking - and it's all free to access. I've started picking up trash/litter on my hikes now because I feel guilty. It's also a great spot for training for incline running, the outer loop, when going counter-clockwise, is roughly 800 ft elevation gain (a bit more than the clockwise direction). In Texas it's hard to find any place with elevation for training incline running.
