2 weeks agoI paid $30 for a car wash today. Before paying, the staff told me the $21 package included floor mat cleaning. I confirmed, left a tip, and then went to pay. After the wash, I noticed that the interior was not properly cleaned. The seats, the backs of the front seats, the dashboard, and the center console still had visible dust. I actually wiped some areas myself before realizing I should take photos, so the pictures don’t fully show how bad it was originally. I’m a TLC driver and was short on time, so I didn’t argue on site. I’m sharing this simply to set accurate expectations and help others decide.
