I initially signed up with this business after meeting with the original staff member who sold me on the service. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable moving forward with the treatment package. Based on that experience, I felt confident purchasing the full package upfront. Unfortunately, after my very first session, she left the business and things quickly went downhill from there. Over the past year, I experienced constant turnover with technicians. Nearly every appointment was with someone new who had no familiarity with my treatment plan or prior sessions. This made the experience feel inconsistent and far less professional than what was initially presented when I signed up. On top of that, I had multiple appointments cancelled by the business, sometimes on short notice. Rescheduling became frustrating and unreliable, and the overall experience felt disorganized. The final straw was recently receiving an email announcing the business was closing - after yet another appointment of mine had been cancelled. The closure notice did not even come from the owner, but from staff, which was disappointing given that many customers prepaid for services. At one point I was offered a partial refund due to cancelled services, but because I had already paid for the full treatment package upfront, I expected to complete the treatments I purchased. Now that the business has closed before delivering the full service, I expect a refund for the unused portion of my package. If the refund is handled promptly and professionally, I will gladly update this review. Until then, I feel it is important to share my experience so other customers are aware of what happened.

Showed up to my 1pm appointment to the door locked. Waited for 15 minutes and no one ever came. No one also answered the phone.

Very quick and easy. Although painful, she made it an easy experience to withstand. It's not for those who are weak in pain tho, because the laser IS heat and fire. But if you are serious about removing unwanted tattoos, like I am, then this is the place to go. Thank you and I will be removing my tattoo to completion here.

I had an appointment scheduled, I did not received a confirmation text or call, like I always have with previous appointments (I have been a client for 2-3 years now). I called the day before and the day of my appointment and left a voicemail to confirmation my appointment, a week later I still have not been contacted. I paid alot of money to have my tattoo removed and am on the tail end of the process and the clinic has completely dropped contacted and won't return my voicemail.

I showed up for my 9am appt to the door locked and stood outside for 15 minutes listening to the girl inside scream and fight on the phone. When she finally came to the door she was annoyed with me and told me I was wrong about my appointment and that my appt text was wrong. She continued to argue with me and let me know she does not care what the text said. She also let me know there is no owner or manager I speak to about this. I have been coming here for a while, and this is the first time I have ever seen this girl or been treated like this. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever received.
