in the last weekThey arrived about 20 minutes later than I was told over the phone, but it was a pleasant day so I didn’t mind waiting. The driver was very kind and towed my car to the mechanic, as expected. My car was in a parking lot with an empty space in front of it, so it wasn’t a complicated job. I felt I was significantly overcharged for the service. It was $250 for less than 5 miles. A few months ago I paid another company $120 to have a car towed over 15 miles on a platform truck like this one. I will be looking up that company’s number and saving it for next time instead.
