The place was clean. The people were friendly and I did not have to wait long. I was diagnosed with Covid. I requested a Paxlovid prescription because it has worked very well for me in the past. I have a new granddaughter coming next week and I need to be healthy to help take care of the other children. Even though I asked for it, the provider refused to write me a prescription. I was forced to go to another CareNow facility in Arlington and wait 2 more hours to see a provider who happily agreed to write me a Paxlovid prescription. Needless to say, I’m not feeling well, but I was forced to sit another 2 hours with a headache, congestion, and coughing…. Why would 2 different providers for the same company have such differing opinions? I have personally had a great experience with Paxlovid, but I guess the first provider didn’t seem to care about my experiences and desire. She told me to “wait it out for the next 7-10 days.” No thank you!

Came in regarding an injury from work. Front desk receptionist Sharen was friendly and welcoming. I was treated by nurse DeWanikia and Paige. Both were very professional and answered all of my questions. I was in and out within around an hour. This is the best urgent care clinic I’ve been to, and I’ll be back if needed.
