Barista prepared drink as i ordered..latte, whole milk, no foam. hand delivered. then he came back to make sure i was satisfied. i was. Pleasant, sleek modern environment. I would turn down the background music just a bit, but I am not complaining.

The shakerato that I always get in Pasadena is my favorite, and it tasted HORRIBLE here. Absolutely disgusting. When asked to replace it it tasted even worse.

September 3, 2026. We visited the shop twice. The first time, after lunch, we ordered an iced Americano. The menu didn't have it, so the staff probably ordered a Nola for us, since the cup was blue (I didn't take a picture). It was quite delicious and smooth. The shop was very comfortable, and we sat for a while before heading off to visit nearby attractions. At 2:30 PM, after our visit, it was too hot, so we went back to the shop to wait for our trip to Dodger Stadium that evening. This time, I ordered a large Iced Caffe Latte. Oh my god, it was the best latte I've ever had! The coffee finish had a wonderful aroma, unlike anything I've had at Blue Bottle in Japan. 🥹 Because it was so delicious, I ordered another one the next day at the Santa Monica branch, but it still wasn't as good as this one. Thank you to the staff that afternoon for giving me a perfectly proportioned Iced Caffe Latte! ❤️☕️
