Superb company! Losing a loved one and having to grieve while coordinating everything and handling affairs is so difficult. Not at A Simple Solution. I didn’t even know where to begin with everything in my family’s home. Valerie was amazing and so understanding. She really listened and her company handled everything from start to finish. They even cleaned up everything after the sale. I appreciate her and her team throughout the process. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them!

The gentleman was extremely rude. I ask how much an unmarked handheld air pump was. He made some snide comment to whom I believe was his wife about my comprehension abilities. I was unaware of the way that their company rules or standards seeing how it was the last day of their sale the woman had said everything was half off except the art work and hanging light fixtures. Apparently only the items not named that were. “inside the house” were only considered half off, not anything from the garage… $5 for a broken hand held air pump from someone clearly rude and disrespectful was absolutely ridiculous & I put the item back. I love estate sales but that was the first and last of that company’s I’ll ever attend. That was the rudest comment absolutely degrading and disrespectful and completely uncalled for. Definitely not a company I will ever do business with.

Seems a bit more pricey than they use to be. I went to one recently that was a home of a hoarder. It was such a mess that you could not even get through the house. There were a few elderly and those with limited mobility that did not try to take a look due to all the clutter. I saw at least six people ask about a price and after being told a high price put the object back. I was there maybe 30 min and only saw a few people walk away with merchandise and they were buying things from the garage area. When you see a majority of people leaving empty-handed you know it is overpriced. She should have been more than willing to deal just to get some of the clutter out way so that is was not such a mess.

I traveled quite a distance for a sale this past weekend. I didn't arrive until 30 minutes prior to closing and shopped until the last minute. Even though the crew was exhausted from 4 long days of selling, not to mention sitting in a hot house that didn't have an air conditioner and then I had missed the cash only part on the estate sale listing. Not only did they kindly wait for me to go grab cash from a store they also had extremely reasonable prices. FYI the sale is continued into next weekend so the prices were not last day prices but just great deals!!! I thought the experience was well worth the drive!! THANK YOU
