a year agoLeasing agent/ community manager “Justin Ono” is completely unprofessional. I received a confirmation email for the tour, showed up on time, and spent 5 hours driving and waiting. When I finally saw him, he claimed he couldn’t show the apartment and spoke to me with arrogance and condescension. Total waste of time—avoid him at all costs if you are hiring.

a year agoThe location is great and the units look new. However, we had a frustrating apartment application experience. After submitting an online application, with both application fee and security deposit being paid, the leasing office reached out the next day, informing us that the listed rent was incorrect and the actual price was ~$300 higher per month. Given this unexpected increase, we decided to withdraw our application. They agreed to issue a refund, but it's now been almost 7 weeks, and we still haven’t received it. Despite multiple follow-ups, we are not even sure if the refund was ever processed. The lack of transparency in pricing and the poor handling of refunds raise serious concerns about how this property is managed. If you’re considering living here, be extra cautious—double-check pricing and be prepared for potential difficulties in getting your money back!
