Scenic and local history. Bring your bike and sunscreen.
Nice trail. One paved one narrow bike trail. Nice people, well managed. Please watch out though I found plenty of old broken glass.
I like this trail because it's close to home, always available and plenty of parking. I also like that part of it is paved so in the snow and rain you can avoid getting muddy. There's not much to look at beyond the paved path overlooking Crooked Falls. There's no trees for shade during the summer. I'm sure it's a good time for those on their bicycles. My dog and I usually walk the dirt trails to add some fun to the experience. I've only gone as far as Cochrane Dam. One of these days I'll force myself to go further.
Great spot for viewing the sky at night without driving way out of town. Full moon looks light sunlight with longer exposures.
