2 weeks agoDropped off a duvet to be cleaned on a Tuesday. Told it would be ready on Friday. Came back over the weekend and it hadn’t even left the facility yet. Told to come back in a week. I did. Still not ready and still hadn’t left the facility. Told it would be another week or two. I made them did through their bins to find my duvet and brought it somewhere else. Very unreliable. No communication. No care or customer service. Never coming back.
