I recently visited York Mills & Leslie Minto Apartments to see a friend’s son and daughter in law. The exquisitely beautiful and impeccably maintained surroundings immediately caught my attention, prompting me to linger and explore the property. As I took in the refined, tastefully designed, and uncluttered environment, I found myself momentarily forgetting the purpose of my visit. During my time there, a busy young man named Gerby graciously helped me find my way. Despite his responsibilities, he went out of his way to assist me with warmth and professionalism. Friendly, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to his work, he made a lasting positive impression. Thank you, Gerby, for your kindness and assistance.

They do not even reply to e-mails/phone calls, even regarding safety concerns. They do not care about the tenant’s wellbeing. Do yourself a favour and do not even consider moving here if you value your safety, health, peace and quality of life.
