3 months agoAn overpriced slum. Elevators break down daily. Multiple bed bug reports from each building. Disrepair everywhere. No water several days a month consistently. Power goes out more than a 3rd world country. They're trying to make it so awful that the rent controlled tenants all leave so they can raise rents higher.
