in the last weekThe brisket was so tender & smokey. The mac & cheese was heavenly. The pit beans were lacking something so added a little BBQ sauce. The maple lemonade was interesting. 10% service fee is automatically added onto your check so be aware when tipping.

a month agoLast week, my extended family had a reunion which this year was in Burlington. For one of the days we reserved the pavilion at North Beach and made the very good decision to have Bluebird barbeque. Bluebird was extremely easy to work with ordering the smoked chicken, brisket, smashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and corn bread. Everything was ready, hot and well packed when I arrived to pick it up. The entire family loved the food. I can't imagine a better choice.
