We arrived for lunch. No one greeted us at the door. Two employees were leaning against the bar. We were the only customers. We went to a table and sat down. The bartender informed us that we had to place orders at the bar, then she came over to our table to ask if we wanted a drink. We ordered two diet colas and looked at a menu. Each of us ordered a sandwich off of the lunch menu. Then the bartender informed us that we had to pay for our food before at the time of ordering.. When our food arrived about 20 minutes later, she set set the food on the table and asked if it was okay, even before we had a chance to take a bite. The cook appeared from the kitchen and resumed his leaning against the bar watching tv.

Cute bar next to the water. Food was good. Service was ok, but felt odd paying and tipping before we even got our food.
