a month agoStopped here with my family for a quick bite. The girls that work here are sweet, but seem to be new to the service industry or something because, as sweet and friendly as they were, the service itself was terrible. There were three waitresses and never more than 5 tables and they seemed lost in the weeds. We ordered our food and was a bit disappointed. The boneless wings are ok, the sauces are flavorful. The patty melt meat was a little bland, like they cooked the patty and THEN threw some s&p on it and called it good instead of seasoning the meat before it was cooked. They toasted the peanut butter and jelly sandwich which is something I hadn't heard of before and my son refused to eat. The waitress took it back and told me that she was going to eat it herself... the fries were like... a dark brown color and soggy which makes me think they hadn't changed their fryer oil in a while. We ordered some chicken tenders to go, which got delivered to the wrong table, then it took something like 20 minutes to get our check.... which also got delivered to the wrong table... and was wrong. Then when they got that all sorted out, the pb&j was on there, so I explained what happened and the woman took it off without issue. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day or something, but if this is business as usual I am BAFFLED by the 4.5 stars. Maybe we will give it another shot next time we are in town, but... probably not.
