a week agoI recently moved to the area and booked a day pass to try this gym. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff chatted with a customer for around ten minutes while several of us waited in line. We were finally helped only after another employee noticed us. When I was checked in, I wasn’t offered a tour or any kind of orientation, just told to explore on my own. To make matters worse, around 8 p.m., the weight area was so crowded that there wasn’t a single open spot. Based on this visit, I don’t plan to return.

a week agoI saw the ad about crunch on social media and signed up for the 3-day pass. When I arrived, I presented my ID, but they came up with excuses regarding the email, the ID, and so on. I was left with more questions than answers. The woman at the front desk was particularly rude and spoke to me as if I were her child. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me, she was a black woman who did more of the talking than the manager, and the manager seemed unable to resolve anything. After that experience, I signed up with 24 Fitness instead. It was excellent, and the price is much better, too. They treat some people disrespectfully, and I’m sure that happens at all Crunch locations.

a month agoThis gym is pretty damn classy. Its clean and the equipment set up is amazing! Unfortunately im from a Sacramento Crunch fit and although I have peak results membership, i have to pay 10$ a day to workout here. 10$ a day wouldn't be a bad thing except that this gym does not claim to be a corporate location; so your peak results dont count here. Its a bummer Especially when I already have a membership for Crunch. There is absolutely no leniency. Its a bummer. 5 stars for the gym, but i hope they change that policy
