4 weeks agoGreat help today from 2 very competent employees while making an update to a necklace. I appreciated their willingness to offer suggestions for a different chain and spacers between the 3 charms. The idea totally changed the appearance and left me very happy.

The employees are always so welcoming and accepting each time I’m in and I deeply respect their honesty and care. I especially want to shout out Anthony and Melissa for assisting me today with my pink bracelet and for being so kind! 💖 I’ve had previous experiences at other locations where the cashiers and even members of management were exceptionally rude, belittling, and condescending. That’s never been the case at the Preston Towne Crossing James Avery! They are truly the best.
