Not only do I get great results and communication from my treatments from technician Genie (face, neck, and chest, and abdomen area), the staff in the front always know how to create a welcoming, warm, and friendly environment. I am graciously greeted at the front by the ladies at the front, Erica, Rachel, and Asha. Every visit they always keep me on top of the deals they are offering, making sure I’m getting the most out of my visits, and even the little gestures of offering me water and a comfy place to wait for my appointment. They will always have you covered for scheduling your appointments and make sure you’re getting a bang for your buck. Customer service is clearly a priority that LaserAway highly focuses with their staff. Genie has been my technician for many sessions now and always is quick but efficient in my treatments. Covering my face and body, she has diligently always covered her area with ease and makes it not as painful as it could be. Overall, I would highly recommend LaserAway to anyone who wants a comfy and secure place to get any parts of their face and body treated.
