in the last weekWent there yesterday with my Mom after the farmers market and it makes sense the place was empty. No service what’s so ever! We were seated and told a server will be right over with waters. We waited for 20 minutes then walked out. Servers walked by our table but refused to help us. I will never be stepping foot in there again. I told the lady waiting at the door when we walked out to save herself some time. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

in the last weekThe team at The Merchant went above and beyond to accommodate our large family group on Sunday evening! Our server, Ry, was as great as The Merchant Old Fashioned! The food was delicious too! Many thanks to The Merchant team for a great dining experience!

a week agoStopped in tonight, June 7th, at 9:15pm for a meal. Hours on the door said open until 10pm. It’s not snowing. It’s June. They turned me away. Said they decided they’re closing early. Why put hours on the web site and on the door, if they open and close when they feel like it. I will be sure to avoid this place for the rest of the week that I’m here, and every other week that I come into town (about once a month) on business.
