2 weeks agoI had the most magical experience and weekend learning Reiki Level 1 with Gwen at My Spiritual Butterfly. ✨ Gwen created such a beautiful, safe and welcoming space for the group, where we learned how to open our chakras, receive Reiki, and practice Reiki healing ourselves. Not only does Gwen have the most beautiful energy, but the way she facilitated the course was truly incredible. She has such a natural ability to accommodate everyone individually, making each person feel comfortable, supported and included throughout the weekend. The learning resources provided were also incredibly informative and thoughtful, which made the whole experience even more special. I’ve now booked onto Reiki Level 2 with Gwen, which I’m really looking forward to! I would highly recommend Gwen to anyone thinking about embarking on this beautiful practice. 💫

She runs wonderful training courses which are the perfect mixture of being both professional/really well organised/carefully thought through AND are full of heart and connection. I connected deeper in to reiki healing and its wonderful energies and am excited to continue this journey and share with my clients.
