Pecan Springs Ranch

We just had our wedding reception at Pecan Springs Ranch and it was wonderful! Guests loved how spread out it was, there was room for people to be both inside and outside and to explore the land! The property is gorgeous, and is close enough to the city and airport that our guests could uber for the wedding. I also loved the “getting ready house” for the girls as it was on the property and very convenient. The staff let us come and tour the property a couple times which was very helpful for planning! Would recommend!

Pecan Springs Ranch was an absolutely beautiful venue for our wedding! Located in South Austin near Oak Hill, it has a charming, rustic ranch atmosphere with so many gorgeous places to take photos. The flowers and natural scenery were beautiful, and golden hour at the venue was especially stunning. The property is spacious and offers several different ceremony locations. We chose to have our ceremony underneath the large oak tree with draping, and it was the perfect setting. The outdoor string lights also made the venue feel especially beautiful and romantic in the evening. It looked wonderful during the spring and early summer season. The private bridal cottage was another great feature. It gave me and my bridesmaids a comfortable, separate place to get ready before the wedding. The venue also had a shaded pavilion that worked perfectly for cocktail hour, a nice patio area for the buffet, and multiple bar areas that could be used throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Pecan Springs Ranch provided several rental options and handled setting up the ceremony chairs, which made the process much easier. Brittany, our main point of contact, was very helpful and worked closely with our wedding coordinator. Emily, the event manager who was onsite on our wedding day, was also incredibly helpful. The venue is beautiful enough that you can keep the decorations simple and it will still look amazing, but it also provides plenty of space and possibilities for couples who want to decorate more extensively. Everyone was flexible, helpful, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend Pecan Springs Ranch!

April 24th we had our wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch. I don't know where to start... Our experience with them was overwhelmingly positive. The whole team, especially Brittany deserve a million roses. I had to have sent 100 questions, and each response I received was kind, caring, and helpful. The whole wedding day was such a dream. When you are here, you feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It's so peaceful, spacious, and absolutely gorgeous. Pro tip: BOOK THE DONKEYS!! 6 months before our wedding, word spread about the beer burros and we heard about the excitement from guests up until the wedding day. They were a huge hit. Lastly, PSR cares about what they do. When the flooding in the hill country happened, PSR posted an invitation for individuals that lost loved ones to the flooding to have free funerals on their grounds.
