a week agoNormally I don’t post reviews but I went here with a friends’ family after seeing a show in town. at first it was great, food is what you would expect from this establishment. However, I feel inclined to share that after we ordered a gluten free meal for one of my friends family members that meal was placed with non gluten free items in the same bag. when we alerted the staff they told us that we did not specify that the order was to be set apart from the others. however we did make it clear in our orders to separate the gluten free meal from the other non gluten free meals. to add to this they didn’t know about gluten allergies. this was most alarming as i would expect an establishment that serves gluten free items to know why they sell them in the first place. I do understand this isn’t fine dining but it also was frustrating to find out that we had to pay for another burger, i’m not a cheapskate but goodness I wouldn’t charge someone for my mistake.
