in the last weekThis place used to be great, but, unfortunately, changed a lot over the last years, and keeps changing not for good. For the very recent change - now you have to stand in the general line for a check out. Check in process is often long, check out is super fast. There is absolutely no reason to push people to the line when they are ready to leave. Spoiled us all the experience simply because this is not how it should work.

in the last weekI was really disappointed with everything. Booked a 60 couples massage. Upon arrival, still had to pay for admission. I figured admission would be part of the pricing for the massage or discounted. Upon checking into the massage, we only had 3 options to choose from - Swedish, deep tissue, or Shiatsu. The linen was very dingy/old and off colored. They also had a mildew smell to them. The massage table was really hard. The men’s pool and shower area was slimy in many areas, and several of the pools looked dirty. The water in one of the pool was brown. The treatment rooms were nice and enjoyable, but overall I don’t recommend nor will return.
