2 weeks agoI'm not sure what's going on with this place. Their menu through ordering apps like Grubhub is not correct. When you do order they are just leaving things off now, like condiments. I went in to order today instead of paying delivery fees and they have switched from double to single burgers, they only offer one side condiment, extra will cost you, none are served with fries now. My order today had a burger with extra bacon added, they didn't put the bacon, I paid $3 for bacon that we didn't even get and when trying to call and get a refund for that cost their number doesn't even work. I thought we had found a good place for burgers but honestly the missing bacon should never happen. They had maybe 8 customers when I ordered and only 5 when I came back to pick up. Quality, consistency and customer service will make or break a business, doesn't matter if it closes them but that they are and will continue to lose sales without those things. On the topic of closing, it feels a lot like they're scrambling to make money, it doesn't look good, can they recover from whatever they have going on right now? I dunno. Is it just greed? Couldn't tell ya but I know we won't go back.
