in the last weekI normally come to this location and have a great experience. Tonight it was not that, I placed an order for a blackened chicken Caesar salad and it was subpar to say the absolute least. Usually, it comes with a good amount of chicken on a bed of crisp lettuce with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Tonight (4/13) — I got no croutons, hardly any chicken at all, and a comical amount of lettuce. After calling and going back, the only solution they had was to give me croutons. And not fix the problem which was the salad as a whole. I was told that it is the “Chimes salad” standard but I have several photos of it being better and it always is. After showing said photos, I was told that I was given extra (but surely not every time I come, right?) — this was on the kitchen staff tonight. I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience tonight. Do better, Chimes. ***
