in the last weekGreat place to hike with the kids, the drive is a little far but not bad. The parking situation is horrible so definitely show up early. The giant Sequoia yes are amazing although I don't think they're as big as those found on the national Parks. Bring water and maybe some snacks. Restrooms in the area which are vault restrooms. You do have to pay $10 cash or by card at the gift shop down the road a little ways. It was a clear, well kept trail. Overall I do remember this place.
