The staff never responded to any emails or calls I made when I discovered I had been lied to after my initial visit — and the staff never responded to four calls from my dental discount plan. Indeed, I was informed — three times (once when I checked in; a second time when I entered; and a third time when I left) — that my initial visit had no cost associated with it… The staff then had the audacity to send me a bill! This is beyond unconscionable — it’s likely fraudulent. QUESTION: How does one spell “really, really horrible”? ANSWER: “Western Dental” Avoid at all costs!

in the last weekAbsolutely terrible and extremely unprofessional experience at this clinic. I completed all the paperwork and multiple forms they required before they even allowed me to start the process. I was already in the middle of the X-ray procedure and had been going through the process for more than 30 minutes when they suddenly stopped everything and informed me that my insurance was not in-network with their clinic. This should have been verified before making patients go through the entire check-in, paperwork, and waiting process. It was a complete waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for patients. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend this clinic to anyone.

a week agoMe and my father received the worst customer service that i’ve ever seen at any dentist in my life. We arrived at approximately 10 and I had an appointment at 10:15 AM. Me and my father were kept waiting for nearly an hour (50 minutes to be exact.) in the lobby with no notification whatsoever that It would take long. My father kept asking the receptionist on any updates regarding why they were taking so long and we didn’t get any. What’s really horrible is the fact that multiple people that came in after us were being admitted before I was ever attended. Me and my father had enough and started leaving and then a person who came in at 11 was admitted not even 5 minutes after they arrived. That’s where we felt completely disrespected and humiliated. We were the only people in the lobby that were there at the same time as all the other people that had come at 10. We were really upset and angry about what had happened. And nobody was there to try and make sure that I was attended. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. The way they treat their customers is careless and it seems like they only do it for the money.
