a month agoHorrible pickup experience, and the person running the shop was dishonest. We placed our order through the app and arrived about 20 minutes later for pickup. When we got there, we were told it would be another 15–20 minutes. We came back 20 minutes later, only to be told it still wasn’t ready, so we waited another 10 minutes. When we asked again, the person finally admitted they hadn’t even started our order because they had hours’ worth of orders ahead of ours. If they had been honest from the beginning, we could have adjusted our plans instead of wasting nearly an hour waiting. Extremely poor communication and customer service—I won’t be ordering from here again.
