7 months agoNot too far away and an easy, short hike with a beautiful view. There's a large platform overlook if you don't want to make the hike down to the falls, but it's well worth it. At the bottom, you can walk behind the waterfall or follow the creek further down for more adventure. When the water is flowing well, this spot makes for a great stop!

3 months agoA very beautiful place. Even on a Sunday people were in groups touring the area. It has a area for kids to go down easily, as well as a steeper for more adventures hikers.

7 months agoTwo in our group have mobility issues (one uses a cane, the other oxygen) and both were able to navigate the path to the overlook. Before I would have listed this trail as easy, but watching them navigate, I would say know there are some steep stairs and uneven areas on the short path. Some handrails are available. The view is definitely worth the effort! The area is well-maintained and beautiful.

5 months agoIt was great especially since we had just had some torrential rains. Sadly people feel the need to stuff their dirty diapers in trees. But overall we had a great time.

2 weeks agoGreat hike, watch your step where the water has slime. One wrong step and you can go down, but as a beginner, I just took it slow.
