a month agoNot only was it a hassle moving in (they didn’t have anything ready and I moved in/out cross country) They have made moving out a nightmare. There is no such thing as a ‘24 hour notice’, hopefully you’re paying attention because work NEVER stops and construction starts at 8am! They will get paint on your car, leaf blow dirt into your windows- while you’re home and then act like you’re crazy for making any complaints. Living on Harbor was a big plus, but the bugs and neighbors are not worth it! Laundry rooms are a scam (they raised the $ then drop it randomly) they never refunded me for overcharging me by $50 when I tried to swipe and they wouldn’t start. Took two years, a LAWYER and the police breaking down his door to get out a meth user that flooded his (upstairs) and our downstairs bathrooms. Paint literally peels from the walls if you try to clean them. Now they can’t seem to lose my number, continue to spam text me- asking me if “AMC living in southern CA is what I’m looking for” Their reply: “if we had known about any of these issues during your tenancy perhaps we could have done something about them.” As though I didn’t email the front desk with issues often. I fully believe the front office sent my emails directly to spam, as I had to go physically to the office in order to get information, answers or even just acknowledgement. Once again, I had to hire a LAWYER for them to make any moves against a tenant who hadn’t paid rent in months, regularly threw furniture out his upstairs window, threw himself bodily to the floor at 3am and left his apartment without any clothing on.

a month agoI have consistently experienced the best residential support services with California Palms Apartments. A BIG thank you to Jerry DeDios from the management team, hes been very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable and made my move in process easy. The whole staff here from management to maintenance are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Parking is plenty at any time. Neighbors are friendly and quiet and security is great, honestly i love living here and I strongly recommend it. I couldn’t be happier!!!
