8 months agoNot recommended for business trip. The rooms are actually inside a set of apartment building, so you will see leasing office but no sign of hotel, reception or lobby. The Google map pin is in middle of nowhere and the phone number listed there didn't work. You will receive check-in instruction email but likely miss it if it directly goes into your spam. There is limited service available since, there is not front desk. You will likely to "happen to" get a room close to the street which can be super noisy. In all, if you expect a Airbnb style room, maybe. Don't recommend if you are expecting a more traditional star hotel like experience, especially in a business trip when convenience is important.

9 months agoThe space was everything we asked for relative to space for our family of 3. We got 2B, 2B full kitchen but this was it for this experience.The amenities were horrible. We could not watch TV for the entire time we were there and the NBA playoffs were on during our stay. We paid $1250 for 3 night stay only not be able to snuggle up and watch TV after our outdoor activities. Called and called to get this resolved they would call you back next day at odd hours because call center is in some undisclosed place far away. Communication and customer service horrific. At this price got to have this. The unit was also facing street so can be noisy at times with cars. No communication with these folks. We had a parking pass that had no instructions of inside or outside parking no instructions on how to get to space and when we finally figuerd it out it was miles from the unit. Found a leak in master bath under sink that was pouring water out. We kept hearing water dripping and looked and that's what it was. No response no help to fix just had to bear thru it for our stay. Could not turn A/C lower than 70 they said the unit would leak if you did so??? Like fix that what. Waiting for billing to give me a refund for inconvenience we will see can't get anyone on phone to confirm. I took pictures and a full timed stamped video to ensure I get refunded for these debacle. I see on all the reviews they note sorry for the experience and they will use info to improve customer experiences in future but nothing has changed from what I saw from 2022 reviews. Why I took a chance on this place after reading reviews was we were late getting reservations trying to go to SF and needed this type of space. The room was great to be honest but our experience outwayed this sad to say. The pictures are nice the price is expensive don't waste your time and resources on this place as you will be frustrated trying to get a response, refund or anything after the stay.

9 months agoService is atrocious for GLS - they force you to send pictures of your ID and credit cards before reserving. They charged the wrong card after I uploaded another and explicitly told them to remove the first card. They refunded me but it is taking over 2 weeks to get the refund. Slow response times from their support team - almost taking 4 days just to get an itemized receipt from them. On top of this, I had a friend staying here the same week and he was not able to access his room for 2 days, citing the on-site employee was unable to come back onsite to reset the lock. Just stay at a real hotel
