nice place but unfortunately i have arachnoid phobia big time and there was a spider behind me. my son who was facing me saw it behind my back and told me. i instantly moved tables. the waitress however was not at all happy!!! on one hand i understand but on then other hand i was reacting to my fear. i’m sure i should have handled it differently i just instantly reacted out of fear. i realize they needed the table i moved to for other customers and would have been fine with them asking us to wait for another table. i know it seems like i’m making such a big deal and i feel awful but my fears are huge when it comes to spiders. this is not a cheap restaurant and it was meant to be a nice treat. we were completely enjoying ourselves, the food, the service and atmosphere until my fear kicked in and the lady was not happy and made that extremely clear i’m so sorry for my fear and moving tables away from the spider. on another note we did end up taking our food to go only to get home and find the food to not really be worth the cost. i don’t say that out of being upset or anything it just didn’t seem worth the cost however i’m not sure if that’s generally the way it is here or if the food was purposefully made poor because the women was upset with us.

One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had in a restaurant from the moment we walked through the door into a crowded hostess area just before our scheduled reservation. The hostess was extremely disrespectful to our group as well as other parties coming in. We were initially told that the group ahead of us was sitting down dining for over three hours, and that our table was being cleaned off. The hostess stated “we are trying to make them uncomfortable.” To push this large group out. That was at our table in the actual dining area. Now 30 minutes after we were suppose to be seated we were escorted outside through the parking lot to an empty warehouse like venue with tables inside of it. Our table was just a few feet away from the only door in and out of this make shift dining room, making an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. We expressed our concerns to management. The management did absolutely nothing other than pause our service and send the owner in our direction where we kindly explained our dissatisfaction with this area. The owner explained that any party size 6 and up would be put in this garage with tables, after the group right before us that was sat in the actual restaurant exceeded that size group size. The owner was extremely defensive and offended with our feedback not being receptive in any way. The server and food runner were awful. We were promised some food arrangements would be able to happen, then when our dishes finally came out we notice we were missing some our sides. We had to point out the missing items, that’s when we were told those arrangements were not able to happen. Food was unpleasant in addition to the prices. Portions were very small, majority of our group left hungry. We asked for toast several times then it finally came out after the majority of our entrees were completed, it was like they forgot to toast the toast somehow. We had to send the check back a few times to be corrected, it felt the entire staff top to bottom could not preform basic duties of the job properly. Stay away from this establishment.

Quality food, warm atmosphere, wonderful service! Great spot for a casual sunday brunch with the parents. Handicap accessibility was great with easy parking. The gluten-free menu options were wonderful. Bakery/dessert case was so yummy, also with gluten-free options. We had the GF flourless chocolate cake and the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

I ordered up one of my favorites I get often in a lot of places. Classic Caesar salad. It was quite impressive for the first 2/3rds of the salad and then the rest had far too much dressing. The last of the salad was soaked, saturated, and yucky. I'll order again but next time will ask for the dressing on the side as the dressing was quite good....just too much.
