This is the best dentist I've ever experienced. I'm 68 years old, and I've seen good and bad. The key in my experience is the knowledge and skill in preparation. I've had major crown and bridgework fail from other Dentists because of deficiency in these two factors, and believe me, it is a bad result. Dr. Chin is meticulous in his work, period. Kudos and shout outs to Dyan, reception and finance, thank you for kindness and efficiency, and Tanya, dental assistant and technician both, whose temp partials never have fallen out, and are esthetically fine, nothing beats experience and talent. To top it all off, they have the best pricing. Why can't everything be like this?

1st of all I'll start with Marigold she is a gold mine to your office she stayed on the phone and led me right to office who does that. 2nd Dr Lee was fantastic loved her also Dr. CHIN your a lucky man to have such dedicated employees i hope you recognize that I ran auto dealerships 45 years and understand the value of great employees hopefully you do also and compensate them accordingly they deserve it. I had a great experience here. The hygienist Ana is great, I appreciated her educating me on my oral health. She gave me the tools I needed to take better care of my teeth. All of the staff is friendly, welcoming and all of the doctors feel like they care!

From the moment I called, everyone couldn't be any nicer. Tanya was my dental technician and she was just wonderful. Gentle, and kept me informed all along the way. Dr. Lee was a pleasure. Very through and she explained everything as well. I'm in for a long process and these ladies will make things a lot easier. Thank you.

I have been a patient here for several years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged over $600 for what was explained as a denture repair requiring lab work and tooth replacement. However, the work performed did not match what was described. The tooth was not replaced, and instead, it appeared to be filed down. Additionally, an adjacent healthy tooth was altered, unnecessarily. When I raised concerns, I received inconsistent, explanations, and no documentation or lab report was provided to support the services I was billed for. The denture was ultimately returned to me in worse condition than before, and no longer fits properly. I disputed the charges with my bank, and the case was resolved in my favor. I would strongly recommend asking for detailed documentation and written treatment plan before proceeding with any work here.
