If a parent tells you you have exposed metal poles near where kids heads pop out, and you show them pictures, and they thank you for bringing it to their attention...but 2 hours later you haven't ziptied and repaired the foam... You don't take safety seriously. Looking down the reviews a bit one of these two poles has been exposed FOR TWO WEEKS and that guy's kid got injured. Malpractice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My parents take my kids here because they love having a place to play, eat, and be indoors all in one but this past weekend will be the last time we step foot in this establishment. Not only did my daughter get assaulted but two other kids did as well within minutes of each other. Granted this kind of things can happen anywhere but it was the way that the staff handled the incident is what makes my blood boil. When we had brought it up to the staff, none of them did anything. Not even tell the family to vacate the premises or anything . So we decided to just leave to not chance anything else happening, plus it was about to close within 20-30 minutes, but if not my kids would’ve loved to stay till the end. And when this was brought up to management no solution was given. And of course the area in which it occurred was in a blind spot. A camera angle that has something blocking the full view . How convenient right ? And then we’re offered a free pass and discount for us to come back, like why would we want to come back where my children don’t feel safe to play in? And during the conversation we come to find out that there are other lawsuits regarding this place and that management is more concerned about the people coming back to vandalize the place and it is why they do not supposedly confront people when this occurs. That is some way to operate a business where children are present isn’t it ? More worried about material things that can simply be replaced but have nothing in place when incidents like this occur in their establishment that mainly have children as their customers. Don’t support this business. Run them to the ground .
If you have kids who seem to have an unlimited supply of energy, LOL Kids Club in Las Vegas is definitely a place to know about. This is the kind of place where the kids can play, explore, climb, run around, and burn off some of that energy while actually having fun doing it. From the moment they get inside and see everything around them, you already know you’re probably going to be there for a while. What we really enjoy about places like this is watching the kids decide what they want to do first. There’s so much going on that they can move from one activity to another instead of getting bored after a few minutes. They get to play, use their imagination, interact with other kids, and just enjoy being kids. It’s especially nice in Las Vegas when it’s way too hot outside and you’re looking for something indoors where they can still be active. This is also a great option when you have children of different ages because everyone can find something that catches their attention. Instead of constantly trying to figure out how to entertain them, you can bring them somewhere that was actually designed for them to have fun. And any parent or grandparent knows that when the kids are entertained and happy, the whole outing becomes a lot easier. I think one of the best things about LOL Kids Club is that it gives families another option besides sitting in front of a television, tablet, or video game. The kids are actually moving around, playing, laughing, and making their own fun. You can watch them go from one thing to the next until they finally start slowing down, which is usually a pretty good sign that the mission was accomplished. If you’re looking for something different to do with the kids in Las Vegas, especially when the weather makes outdoor activities difficult, LOL Kids Club is worth checking out. Give yourself plenty of time because once the kids start playing, convincing them that it’s time to leave may end up being the hardest part of the entire visit. It’s a fun place for them to let loose, enjoy themselves, and hopefully head home with a little less energy than they arrived with.
