in the last weekI couldn't believe my eyes when I stumbled across this place by accident during a business trip in the middle of South Dakota! As a native Peruvian, I had to stop in and check it out. I was so happy to see Peruvian culture represented so well here. The food was delicious, the atmosphere felt modern and refreshing, and the service was excellent. I don't know when I'll be back in South Dakota, but if I ever get the chance, I will definitely stop by Cuzco again. I still need to try the rest of the menu! I highly recommend it to both locals and visitors alike.

2 weeks ago8 at our table food came out in 20 minute increments for two people until the last person we just got to go because everyone else was done eating before she even got her food. Very weird never saw that in my life.
