a week agoDear Customer Service,I am reaching out to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit, as this location falls far below the standard of other Five Guys restaurants.First, basic amenities were missing: there was no customer toilet available, and no trays were provided for the food. Second, the quality of the meal was poor. The burger patties lacked proper seasoning and flavor. Furthermore, the fries were completely soft and soggy instead of crispy, tasting more like boiled potatoes.I hope this feedback is addressed with the branch management. I look forward to your response regarding how this can be resolved.
