in the last weekThe waterfall is gorgeous and amazing. The trailhead has no signs nor maps but the trail is worn and wide.

a week agoGreat hike out and back with almost 400' elevation gain according to AllTrails, also stop along the way and check out the smaller falls. We went 2 days after a half day of rain during drought season and the water was decent, definitely would have been better the day of or next day after the rain, still no complaints tho. Note that there isn't markings for the trailhead other than space for parking along the roadside.

a week agoThis trail leads to a wonderful waterfall. I visited a day or two after a good rain, so the waterfall had a good discharge. However, the trail was pretty muddy in spots. There is paved parking on the shoulder of the road. The trail is essentially all downhill. At the last portion, you are managing tree roots & rocks. Make sure to check out not only the view of the falls from under the rock but also from the top of the rock. It's cool seeing both perspectives.
