I love how this trail transitions from dry, sagebrush hills into a lush, pine-filled canyon. The 30-foot waterfall at the end was much bigger than I expected! It’s a steady climb, but the sound of the creek keeps you company the whole way. It’s a local favorite for a reason—it’s the perfect quick escape into the Sierra Nevada foothills.
