3 weeks agoWe went to Toast for Mother’s Day, and I get it, it’s busy, but we ordered our food at 10:45 am and we hit 12:15 with no food. We ended up having to find somewhere else to go after half of our family had to take off because they either had to work or head back out of town. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my life. An hour and a half wait for food is unacceptable. Not to mention our waitress avoided eye contact each time she walked by our table, and when I finally got her attention she told me it be 5-7 mins at 11:45, then when I spoke to someone else they had said our order wasn’t even being worked on and it was up next, this was at 12:05. Thank you to the manager who was very polite but this was an absolute waste of time and disappointment.
