The Chapman Mountain Trail Entrance in Huntsville offers versatile hiking options suited for all skill levels. Whether you’re looking for an easy, stroller-friendly stroll or a more challenging hike to tire out your dogs, this park has it all. The shaded trails provide a cool, comfortable walk even on warmer days.
Nature enthusiasts will enjoy the bird watching opportunities at the observation blind and the peaceful atmosphere surrounding a small drinking spring. While the waterfall is seasonal, the park’s ongoing improvements, including new trails and a disc golf course, promise an exciting future for visitors. This location blends family fun, nature observation, and outdoor recreation beautifully.

10 months agoThe trails are pretty flat and under trees, so it's a bit cooler to walk. The waterfall is dry unless there has been a recent rain. There is an observation bird blind so you can watch them at a small drinking spring.
